I find giving massage as therapeutic and relaxing as receiving it. I will work with you to identify trouble areas and customize each massage to fit your needs. I have a very nurturing technique and encourage my clients to be active participants in healing through breathing, stretching and self-care. My goal is to help you reach the ultimate state of peace, relaxation and wellbeing through massage.

I graduated in December 2001 from Clinical Touch Massage Therapy School in Rocklin, CA and am trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and hot and cold stone therapies. I attend continuing education courses regularly to expand my knowledge of different modalities and pass those on to my clients.

In addition to massage, I also offer other services including healthy sunless tanning and various body treatments.
